Trail-Chef Mark's Recipe Suggestions: Hash Browns for 8: 2 Pounds Yukon Gold or Red Potatoes (Shredded), 1 Small Onion diced fine. Heat oil in skillet, add ingredients and seasoning cook until browned.
Chef D’s Trail Tip: This can be made in advance. Toss all raw ingredients in 2 TBS of oil, place in Ziploc or Vacuum Bag to open and cook trailside.
