Warming the southwestern soul and spirit this seasoning will enhance any chicken or pork green chile dish that you and your guests will come to love. Pork or Chicken Green Chile goes great as any breakfast egg dish topping or stand alone with soft flour tortillas.

Trail-Chef Mark's Recipe Suggestions: 1 pound diced or coarse ground Chicken or Pork seared in oil and browned. Add 1 small diced onion, add seasoning let cook for 2 minutes. Add 1each 14 oz can drained posole and 1 diced potato stir well. Add 2 cups water. Let simmer covered for 2 hours on very low heat.
Chef D’s Trail Tip: Add chopped roasted green chiles, leave the seeds in for the real challenge and experience the carnage just like on the Las Cruces trail system! Serve with flour tortillas.
